Unfortunately because of production complexities, there is a 300-chip minimum. We will ship in 100 chip increments over the 300 chip minimum.

The price shown includes up to 2 images per set. This means the front and the back of the chip can be different.

If you want to print more than two images, there is a $30 per images charge.

Example:
There are 5 different sales personnel in your business. You want your business information on one side of the chip and each sales person gets 100 chips with his/her name on them. You have a total of 6 different images (company image plus 5 rep. images). The additional charge would be $120 (4 additional images in excess of the two included in the original price.)

Yes, our price includes printing on both sides of the chip.  The image can be different on each side.

No. We only print in the center portion of the chip. The edge stripe designs are already part of the chip. We currently have gray, red, green, blue, and black stripe chips.

Many “custom chipmakers” print the inlay for your chips on office supply paper labels with little or no lamination. That image appears cheap and is not the quality you are looking for to represent your business.

At PokerBusinessChip, we print on an industrial strength adhesive backed vinyl that is cut to the exact diameter of the chip center. Then we cover the vinyl with an 8mm polycarbonate layer, the hardest and most expensive lamination available. The lamination is the key to the durability of the print area, and we use only the best.

The polycarbonate lamination has a slightly textured feel and sometimes it will create a little distortion to the printed image. That is why we encourage you to use the largest font and clearest image possible as a starting point.

We print on a 11.5 gram ABS composite chip.  This type of chip provides an excellent quality feel at a reasonable price.

Of first importance is QUALITY artwork. When it comes to images, generally, bigger is better. A 4k-file size .jpg taken from Google isn’t going to produce a quality Poker Business Chip – even if we use our $50,000 printer — it just won’t happen.

Try and send us the HIGHEST RESOLUTION images possible.

If the original image size was 8 inches x 11 inches — and we shrink it down to 1.5 inches — A LOT is lost. Just try and keep artwork proportionate to the size it will be printed at.

Remember, a circle will be made around your artwork from the middle. Anything OUTSIDE the circle will not be printed.

Also, keep text AWAY from the image border — remember we have to print AND cut the image — and if text is RIGHT against where we cut — part of the text CAN be lost.

When in doubt — send the image to us. We ill always give you guidance and support at no additional cost to you.

And, if it doesn’t look right — we will NOT print it and send you a poor quality Poker Business Chip.

If you do not know graphic design — consider letting out in-house artist design your chip. Considering the impace these will have on your business, spending another $35.00 – $75.00 is well worth it.
